Delivery Policy

Please be aware – Due to the circumstances of Covid-19,  A-toZ couriers are advising our customers may have 1-2 day delay behind original delivery delay. We apologise on behalf of our courier team and hope we can get all orders out to you as quickly as possible.  We do require you to check your tree before the driver leaves, this means opening the box or removing the netting. If you find any damage at this point please inform the driver that you are rejecting your delivery. We cannot react on damaged goods if you have not followed the above. Many thanks

 

Property access

It is your responsibility, most importantly with large or heavy trees, to inform us well in advance how much access there is to your property for a kerb side delivery or as close to your property as possible. You are then responsible for the moving of your tree thereafter.

Large trees delivered on pallets.

Pallet orders require good road access to your property for a larger delivery vehicle. The pallet is positioned as close to your property as possible by a hand pulled pallet truck. After this process, it is your responsibility to move tree into your desired location. If you have purchased a tree which is delivered via pallet, you will be contacted within 7 working days of placing your order to arrange a scheduled delivery date/day/time.

Non Pallet Orders

All orders which are placed before 5pm Sunday evening will be dispatched on Tuesdays to arrive to you on the same week on Wednesday. All orders placed between Sunday 5pm – Wednesday 5pm will be delivered to you the same week, on the Friday. If you wish your order to be left with neighbour, left at gate or side of property etc.. please leave a clear note when you order your tree in the checkout section. Please be aware that we may not be able to change delivery address or add special notes after your order has been placed. We strictly do not hold any responsibilty for trees lost, stolen or damaged.

YOU MUST BE HOME ON DELIVERY DAY

BEFORE THE DELIVERY DRIVER LEAVES, PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS BY REMOVING ALL PACKAGING. IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED AT THIS POINT PLEASE REJECT AND RETURN WITH THE DRIVER AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE ONCE DRIVER HAS LEFT.

Tree Collection

If you require to collect the tree you have purchased online,  please give us a call or message before collection day so we can arrange for staff to safely load onto your vehicle.
