FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY on most items

Scotland delivery has a surcharge of £75 – Additional highlands and islands on request per Postcode area.

FREE DELIVERY: your selected day in a window of 8am-6pm with no time slots given (Due to high demand for the FREE delivery days we are experiencing 3% roll overs to the following day or the next available day because of the drivers tachograph hours and the increased traffic and delivery schedules, this means 97% of the free delivers are arriving on time, we do not get an up date on roll-overs from the couriers until the following day. if its imperative your delivery has to arrive on a given day then we suggest you upgrade from the free delivery at booking point to an AM or PM slot).

£45 UP GRADE AM DELIVERY: your selected day in a window of 8am-1pm with no time slots given.

£45 UP GRADE PM DELIVERY: your selected day in a window of 1pm-6pm with no time slots given.

Please be aware – Due to the circumstances of Covid-19 and high demand, Couriers are advising our customers may experience delays behind original delivery days. We apologise on behalf of our courier team and hope we can get all orders out to you as quickly as possible.  We do require you to check your tree before the driver leaves, this means opening the box or inspecting the trees on pallet. If you find any damage at this point please inform the driver that you are rejecting your delivery and do not sign and accept goods. We cannot react on damaged goods if you have not followed the above. Many thanks

DELIVERY TIME SCALE: Our deliveries are currently approximately a weeks time from your order date. Once in the checkout section of the website you will find a drop down box to chose your specific delivery day!

OUR DELIVERY COMPANY IS STRICTLY KERB SIDE ONLY. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT A KERB SIDE DELIVERY ON THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR GOODS YOU WILL THEN BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXTRA FEES INCURRED

Property access

It is your responsibility, most importantly with large or heavy trees, to inform us well in advance how much access there is to your property (single track road, dead end or close, tight turns and small entrances, et cetera) for a kerb side delivery or as close to your property as possible. You are then responsible for the moving of your tree thereafter. Please note if smaller vehicles are required for access there will be an extra fee £75. WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR TREE IF YOU REQUIRE A SMALLER VEHICLE PLEASE EMAIL YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND ORDER NUMBER TO suttonmanornursery@hotmail.com SO WE CAN CALL YOU BACK TO TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE SMALL VEHICLE CHARGE . FAILURE TO INFORM US THAT ACCESS REQUIRES A SMALLER VEHICLE, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE  OF £100 ON THE DAY AND IT IS UNDER THE DRIVERS DISCRETION IF THE LARGER VEHICLE CANNOT ACCESS NEAR TO YOUR PROPERTY AT DELIVERY POINT.

Large trees and deliveries on pallets.

Pallet orders require good road access to your property for a large 18 ton 35 foot long delivery vehicle. The pallet is positioned as close to your property as possible by a hand pulled pallet truck. After this process, it is your responsibility to move tree into your desired location. 

Non Pallet Orders

 If you wish your order to be left with neighbour, left at gate or side of property etc.. please leave a clear note when you order your tree in the checkout section. Please be aware that we may not be able to change delivery address or add special notes after your order has been placed. We strictly do not hold any responsibility for goods lost, stolen or damaged, after accepted on point of delivery,  so you must inform whoever is accepting your goods that they are responsible for inspecting tree on arrival as we are not held responsible, should the tree be accepted.

YOU MUST ENSURE SOMEONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL INCUR A REDELIVERY FEE. YOU MUST ENSURE WHOEVER IS ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH OUR DELIVERY POLICY!

Before the delivery driver leaves please check your goods, if your goods are damaged at this point please reject and return with the driver, as we cannot be held responsible for damage claims once the driver has left. If you fail to inspect the goods at this point of delivery and you have informed us after the driver has left, then a recollection charge is required of £100 on pallet deliveries and £25 on box deliveries. All goods must be re-boxed or tied on the pallet provided using original packing materials they were supplied with, the pallet must be securely tied before we can book a re-collection date, please ensure there is access for the delivery driver in order for them to collect the goods. If you cancel your order from dispatch to delivery, or after the driver has left due to a change of mind on your purchase there is £100 return fee on pallets and £25 on box orders. Please give 7 working days notice to your cancellation to avoid the order going to dispatch.

Return/Collection

Our trees and plants are inspected by our trained staff at our nursery prior to dispatch, In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied with your order your rights under the distance selling regulation allows you to return your item in good condition to Sutton Manor Nursery within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund which will not include re-collection fees, the re-collection fees are £25 on box deliveries and £100 on pallet deliveries this will be payable by the customer. You will need to repackage in the box supplied or in event of a pallet delivery the tree must be secured tightly in the same manner in which your goods arrived to you.

 

All of our olive trees are fully inspected and health checked by the UK government body of plant care and health DEFRA for Xylella Fastidiosa. Sutton Manor Nursery cannot be held responsible or give guarantees to our plants or trees for the way they have been looked after once they have been delivered to the customer, watering, drainage, re-potting, etc. We cannot accept responsibility for any airborne pest, and diseases such as box blight, fungal leaf spots or aphids within the environment.
