Description
The Red Robin (Photinia) will look stunning in your garden or on your patio or flanking the entrance to your abode, easy to care for with minimum effort required and only needing a light trim once or twice a year, can live in most soils that are well drained and happy in sun or semi shade. Foliage is evergreen, producing new shoots of red turning variegated with white colouring.

Foliage: Ever green
Hardy: Hardy in the UK survives down to -10
Exposure: In harsh cold winds, fleece the crown (we sell this on our website: https://www.suttonmanornursery.co.uk/plant-care-products/horticultural-fleece/) and bubble wrap pot as this is advised in extreme cold weathers.

Watering: Keep moist but allow for free drainage. Water regular in pots in the warmer months, minimum once to twice a week and a little more in full sun. During winter months, don’t allow to dry out completely, but keep soil moist.

Pruning: Can be trimmed once or twice a year, avoiding hot or very cold weeks.
